This is a Vegan Red Lentil Dahl Dehydrated Meal is an appetising and nourishing dhal curry dish. The spices are suffused in the coconut milk and when served with rice, the blend of flavours is mouth-watering
All you have to do is add water and heat – and in some 15 minutes you’ll be tucking in to a hearty meal under the stars.
Dehydrated foods can last up to 10 years when prepared and stored correctly in a sealed container in a cool, dark place.
Each meal has simple instructions printed on its label about how best to rehydrate it.
Instructions:
1) Add Water – add about 7cm of boiling water to the cook-in bag
2) Stir – stir the meal and water in the bag
3) Close – ziplock the bag closed
4) Stand – let the meal steep in the bag for 15 to 20 minutes
5) Heat and Eat – enjoy out of the bag, or serve on a plate
