The details each customer must supply for communication, contact and delivery is held within the workings of this website and not held in any list or database outside of this website. Banking details and passwords are not made available to The Survivalist or any of their employees. Banking details are only used by PayFast and your bank. In accordance with the anti spam laws, even signing up to our newsletter requires a 2 step confirmation and has an easy unsubscribe option built in to all newsletter emails. This site uses simple tracking cookies solely for the purpose of recognising a returning customer and facilitating an easy log in process. These cookies are completely harmless and are not damaging to your equipment.
Anti Spam Policy
Certain information is collected on this website, for the express purpose of administrative records, shipping, banking, purchasing etc. None of this information gathered by The Survivalist will be shared with or sold to any third party. Obviously certain information must be shared with the relevant payment gateways, courier companies and banking institutions, to complete the purchase procedure. Although unintentional, if one of these entities leak any confidential information, The Survivalist can not and will not be held liable in any way whatsoever.
Likewise, we ask you the user, to refrain from harvesting and abusing e-mail addresses and telephone numbers listed on our website for any other purpose than for dealing with appropriate matters between yourself and The Survivalist. If your credit card or bank account has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, The Survivalist shall issue a credit to your credit card account or bank account, in the amount of the incorrect price.
