What is a 24 hour Ration Pack? The Day Ration Pack is a Food Pack containing sufficient food and sustenance for 1 Person for 24 hours. Each Ration Pack has been carefully calculated to provide enough carbs, protein, energy etc. and contains breakfast, lunch, and dinner as well as sauces, snacks and water purification tablets.
Each Day Ration/24 Hour Food Pack contains approximately 3200 calories and weighs around 1.3Kgs. All components used in the Day Rations Pack require zero preparation – they are ready to open and consume, although the meals can be heated if required.
