TF Penne Bolognese (medium or large)
A perfect pasta meal that appeals to all ages! Made by Trail Food, this classic Italian Penne Bolognese dish is made with beef mince, fresh tomatoes and Italian herbs on a bed of penne. It’s a true comfort meal and the best part is that it will be ready for you in minutes.
Penne is an extruded type of pasta with cylinder-shaped pieces, their ends cut at an angle. Add a few shavings of Parmesan cheese or pack some chilli flakes to sprinkle over for even more flavour!
Dehydrated foods can last up to 10 years when prepared and stored correctly in a sealed container in a cool, dark place.
Each meal has simple instructions printed on its label about how best to rehydrate it.
Instructions:
1) Add Water – add 7cm of boiling water to the cook-in bag
2) Stir – stir the meal and water in the bag
3) Close – ziplock the bag closed
4) Stand – let the meal steep in the bag for 15 to 20 minutes
5) Heat and Eat – enjoy out of the bag, or serve on a plate
