This website is a retail online store. We do not offer wholesale discounts. Please don’t ask for quotes and discounted goods. The product descriptions and pricing on this webstore are our only offerings.
Please note: We do not hold stocks at our sales office. The warehouses we deal with are based in Johannesburg, Pretoria, Port Elizabeth, Durban, and Cape Town areas. Each supplier ships from his or her warehouse and so if several products are ordered from our website, it is likely that more than one warehouse is involved and you will receive more than one parcel.
Please do not ask for us to call you. We can’t give you any more information than what is displayed on our website. We will not phone you. We will only respond to e-mail enquiries.
Please also note also, that there is a minimal shipping fee for each warehouse. Our website stocks have been set up according to warehouses and at check-out you will see the total shipping charges. This is done automatically, but you will not be charged shipping fees more than once per warehouse. Couriers can only deliver to physical street addresses, so please don’t use a postal address as a shipping address, unless you want your parcel sent by post.
Each individual product page shows the warehouse it comes from (in the bottom left-hand side). They are listed as “ Ships from Warehouse C”. The warehouses are industry wholesalers and do not deal direct with the public, so you cannot go and fetch your purchases.
In all cases you will be sent the delivery service provider, and a tracking number. Once we have given you the delivery details and tracking number, it is out of our hands. We cannot be held responsible for the courier’s service. You will need to contact them directly.
Please also note too that the ongoing wars, economic downtrends, restricted shipping lanes, and ever increasing fuel costs make some imported products very difficult to source and could also cause delays in shipping and courier deliveries. The electrical outage problems also play havoc with manufacturing deadlines. Production lines are often way behind schedule.
Unavailability: If a product’s variant such as colour is no longer available, we will arrange with you to send you the closest alternative.
N.B: We have made some fast moving products available on back-order. If your order includes some items on back-order, please note that the parcel from that particular warehouse will be delayed until all items are able to be packed.
Year End Closures: Although our website is always up and working 24/7/365, our warehouses close for the Christmas break. The warehouse and courier staff also need to spend time with their families. You can place an order and pay for it on our website, but parcels will only be packaged and sent once the staff have returned to work in January. Typically the closure period is around 20th December to 6th January. Some remain open for longer than others, but in general expect your parcel to be delayed.
